Positive: Good communication from the host Negative: Television had no aerial but didnt really miss it

Overall very nice place to stay if you are visiting London. Positive: Clean, cozy, and good location apartment. I was staying here to visit London with my friend for 3 days, at first we were a bit sceptical about the location, but it was great, bus stops were 5min away and metro was 15min. The host was great, gave very clear instructions. Negative: Mattress underneath the sheets were a bit dirty, but everything else was clean.👍🏻

Good experience overall Positive: The rooms were clean and tidy. Mr Fernando was very helpful and prompt in attending to our request. I initially booked studio 7 but didn't know it was on the last floor. It was hell climbing the stairs due to back pain. The room was clean and spacious, but the ceiling was low. It looked converted. I mentioned my back pain to Fernando, and he assisted in relocating us to Studio 1. The location is good. Close to train stations and bus stops. Also, there are shops around walking distance. The area was safe Negative: Studio 1 was so small. We hardly found space for our legs. Mattress is not good atal. Needs changing. I could feel the springs, and I didn't get good sleep because of that. Studio 7 is converted, and the ceiling is low for a tall person(s). The shower sliding door was stiff to open. We reported it to Mr Fernando.

Positive: Great location, quiet, lovely area Negative: Only thing that would have made it better would have been a fan to use at night. Got very warm inside
