Quiet Top-Floor Retreat | Modern Studio for 2 | Islington

Great little apartment in North London. Positive: Small, well equipped apartment in a perfect location not far from local shops and Archway tube. Comfortable and spotlessly clean with a great little washing machine. Negative: It would have been useful to have been advised when booking, that to watch TV, even for the news, a personal subscription was required. First time anywhere, in the UK or the rest of Europe, that this has been the case.

Positive: Property was very clean... spotless on the inside. Very quiet and a great quiet but central location.

It is clean and comfortable but not quiet. Positive: Easy to interact with the owner and communication. The flat is adequate for a short stay. The kitchen provided with limited supply of tea and coffee. Negative: It is not quiet day and night. It is very close to a train track and you can hear freight trains passing by every 5 minutes day and night despite closing the roof window. The room was very hot and not air conditioned. A fan provided but noisy to have it on all night and therefore we just opened the window. There are no cupboards to hang clothes but a rail provided crammed into a corner

Very nice, clean and easy, great location and cosy stay Positive: Property was clean, everything worked and easy to use, instructions provided for all of the equipment, quiet and great location Negative: A lot of stairs, as I was in the top floor studio there were stairs in my studio. Which would have been nice to know prior, as I had a very big heavy suitcase with no help carrying it, but not a problem if you aren’t taking anything big and heavy.

Tolles Apartment in ruhiger Umgebung Positive: Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Die Lage ist ruhig und man ist in ca 10min Fußläufig an der nächstgelegenen größere U-Bahn Station Archway. Das Appartement war sauber und alles war vorhanden was wir benötigt haben für unseren mehrtägigen Aufenthalt. Der Gastgeber Fernando war sehr zuvorkommend und hat perfekte Anweisungen zum Check-In und Aufenthalt gegeben und er war immer zu erreichen. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Negative: Die Dusche war etwas eng geschnitten, was aber der Dachschräge geschuldet ist
