Positive: -Good neighborhood -Was a clean place with new bedsheets -Had all the facilities mentioned by booking -The ambient was warm and the heating sources did their job + the internet worked well -Close to all main ways of public transport Negative: -The mold and cracks which are not shown in any photo -The fact that the water from the shower cab is starting at hot and ending at hell. (The ducts are old -Fernando is a nice guy, but words ain’t always enough when you are literally boiling in the shower. -Even though you are in the room, you can hear literally anything -The floor has a peculiar design

Good experience and helpful man Positive: A nice and affordable location in London. Host was extremely helpful and was accommodating to multiple request me and my girlfriend had. Kitchen worked very well and was used a lot during are stay. Quite location Negative: Shower and bathroom is very small, and shower was at times too hot.

Excelente para parejas viajeras que busquen economía Positive: La ubicación está genial. A 10 minutos del metro de Archway a 3 paradas de candem town y con muy buena conexión con líneas del centro. El apartamento está genial para una pareja. Los implementos de cocina, la cocina, lavadora, baño y mobiliario es nuevo. Hay un Aldi muy cerca de la parada de metro que te permite comprar y ahorrar bastante en comidas, nosotros desayunábamos y cenábamos en el apartamento. El anfitrión es muy servicial y resuelve los problemas o dudas que puedas tener al instante. Negative: Lo único que mejoraría sería el colchón. Es de muelles y está ya un poco hundido, lo que hacía un poco incómodo dormir. Pero te acostumbras. Por último, hay un poco de grietas en el techo pero es entendible puesto que las estructuras de las casas de esa zona son ya viejas.
