Positive: Slept well, reasonably priced, ok location, easy key transfer. Felt safe. Relatively quiet. Negative: No real trash solution in the course of the stay, had to do dishes in tiny bathroom sink. In addition there seemed to be some dirt (food?) left over high upon the wall of the room which had not been properly cleaned. Although I gave notice of this to the proprietor, there was no offer to come clean it, which was somewhat disappointing. In the end I decide to live with it. Also, no light next to the bed.

Nice clean place ideal if you just need a bed for the night it was nice to have a microwave and fridge Positive: The location was just what I needed for a course I was doing so it suited me well for work. Negative: The shower room was very cold 🥶 Also the electric heater didn’t work through the night so woke up very cold

Borderline health hazard Positive: Location is great. That's about it. Negative: Appalling cleanliness. I arrived to find the accommodation riddled with mould. Primarily behind/along the bed and in the bathroom. Completely unacceptable. The host offered to come the following day to have it cleaned but I didn't particularly want to breathe in spores all night after a 24 hr flight so was forced to clean it myself. A refund of my cleaning fee was offered but has yet to eventuate. The toilet seat was broken and installed incorrectly, with no toilet roll holder. Walls were filthy with marks and the skirting is falling apart. You can hear EVERYTHING the downstairs guests get up to. Multiple nights I had to resort to noise cancelling earbuds to sleep. It's cheap for London but definitely not worth it. Stay away.

Lovely Positive: Very good space with all the necessary amenities . Good value for money

Happy! Positive: The stay is very well maintained, very hygeinic, managed well, clean, mostly all facilities cramped into that small a place is infact quite surprising. Perfect for a one person stay. However, If you are carrying a lot of luggage, remember its a 10- 15 mins walk from the nearest tube station. Negative: WIFI!!!! The WIFI was really bad. So bad that I couldn't answer a call over it, attend a meeting or even watch a YT video. It was an issue that i faced most days.
