Negative: - Las paredes tenian humedad y moho.
- Estaba lleno de polvo y pelos largos de algun inquilino anterior.
- No esta insonorizado y se escucha cuando en las demas habitaciones van al baño o demas cosas.
- La puerta del baño estaba suelta.
