A really lovely property that made our stay feel special. Positive: It’s a really lovely property and very comfortable. It has a luxurious feeling. Negative: The steps from the street are very steep which made getting bags down very hard. This of course is not something that the owner can do anything about but is worth considering if you are older or have mobility issues.

Falta mantenimiento. Positive: Ubicación y la amabilidad de Fernando. Negative: El departamento en sí es amplio y está muy bien ubicado, pero le falta mantenimiento urgente. Encontramos paredes con humedad, un lavamanos tapado y problemas con los colchones de las camas, entre otras cosas. Honestamente, de haber sabido que el departamento estaba en estas condiciones, no habríamos realizado la reserva.

Positive: Die Lage ist top! Gute Anbindung an die U-Bahn. Es ist sehr ruhig in der Straße, trotzdem ist man mittendrin. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in der Nähe. Der Kontakt zum Gastgeber war sehr gut. Immer eine schnelle Reaktion auf Fragen. Negative: Ich hätte gerne gewusst, dass sie Wohnung im Souterrain liegt. An einigen Stellen blättert die Farbe in der Wohnung an den Wänden ab. Das macht keinen guten Eindruck. Die Nachttischlampe in einem Schlafzimmer funktioniert nicht. Das Fenster in einem Schlafzimmer zum Lichthof konnte man nicht aufstellen zum Lüften.

Location was great. If they would take the time to fix the minor repairs this could be an excellent apartment Positive: Location!! 2-1/2 bathrooms! Cute place but just needs some Updating Negative: The holes in the walls and peeling paint! Needs some TLC. Would help if they would mark light switches as they were very confusing. Bathroom sink very slow draining
