Centrally Located and comfortable Positive: The apartment is very well located and has everything you need. Having 3 toilets and 2 bathrooms was great as we were traveling a party of 4. Negative: The electrics in the main bathroom are needing attention. Water pours through the light fitting and after being reported, still happening on our return trip. Their is no TV channels which was a bit irritating. UK is having a heat wave but the little plug in fans were ineffectual and should be upgraded to meet the apartment. There are many holes in the walls that need patching up. It took us a while to find our way around the kitchen. Couldn't find any sharp knives and the crockery was in a secret drawer which was frustrating when trying to find. The bed wasn't very comfortable either.

We were hoping to find a luxurious apartment and although this apartment had all the bells and whistles at some stage it Positive: The size and location of the apartment was good and the beds and couch were comfortable. Negative: The apartment was not quite “luxury” as advertised in the title. It was well used with A-LOT of wear and tear ie. marks on the walls, a mouldy shower curtain, some lights that didn’t work as well a water filter that was not in use. The TV has only Netflix and YouTube available.

Great family holiday in London! Positive: Property is in great location and very large. Being a ground floor flat it was likely cooler than upper floor flats during the London heat wave. Fernando was very responsive. Negative: Some small cracks/holes on walls that need repairing, but did not detract from the overall presentation of the flat.

Great flat in a great neighborhood, perfect for families of four. Positive: Great spaces basement flat in South Kensington, located in a nice, calm and family friendly neighborhood. Negative: Staying in a London in a period of high rising temperatures, it was probably an advantage to stay on the basement floor without exposure the heat from direct sunshine from windows and terraces. Nevertheless, be aware that the apartment only provides heating systems and no airconditioning. Throughout our stay, the bathroom towel dryers was constantly running on steady steam despite all our efforts to turn them off. The flat is certainly spacious and nice, but to be considered «luxury» or «impeccable» some upgrades, maintenance and additional care should be considered necessary. Paint is coming off the walls and ceilings, door knobs are missing, windows are blocked due to lack of maintenance and general cleaning of the interior patio and skylight ceiling would help a lot when it comes to improving the overall impression.
