Positive: Sehr schöne Wohnung in einer tollen Lage. Super Kommunikation bei Fragen mit dem Eigentümer. Tolle Broschüre mit allen Einzelheiten zu der Wohnung und Umgebung.

Positive: Viel Platz, ausgestattet mit allem, was man als Familie für einen Urlaub braucht. Negative: Wände leider durch vorherige Gäste beschädigt.

Enjoyable stay in this apartment ! Positive: We had a lovely stay in the apartment which is situated in a quiet street in Kensington and within a five min walk from Gloucester Road tube station . The basement apartment was very spacious with a fully equipped kitchen , two big bedrooms, two bathrooms and a separate toilet , which was ideal for us as a group of 5 ladies! Negative: The apartment is in need of some TLC with some holes in the walls and paint peeling off . We were unable to get any channels on the television which was a little disappointing and the lighting needed attention with lamps and some lights not working . Some additional toiletries were also required for the main bedroom . However on a positive note we found the host Fernado to be very nice and accommodating and he kindly arranged an early check in for us . Thank you !

Centrally Located and comfortable Positive: The apartment is very well located and has everything you need. Having 3 toilets and 2 bathrooms was great as we were traveling a party of 4. Negative: The electrics in the main bathroom are needing attention. Water pours through the light fitting and after being reported, still happening on our return trip. Their is no TV channels which was a bit irritating. UK is having a heat wave but the little plug in fans were ineffectual and should be upgraded to meet the apartment. There are many holes in the walls that need patching up. It took us a while to find our way around the kitchen. Couldn't find any sharp knives and the crockery was in a secret drawer which was frustrating when trying to find. The bed wasn't very comfortable either.
