Lovely staff and great communication from host. Positive: Large enough for our family of 6 in a great location for the town centre and Harry Potter studios

Very comfy, clean and great communication from the host Positive: When we arrived at the front door we were a little bit “oh”. It’s was dark and the door positioned in between two shops but go in and up the stairs and we were very happily surprised. Lovely clean well presented apartment that had everything we could have needed. It’s well positioned in relation to the car park which is a 2 minute walk and the train station that is 10 minutes. It’s only a 20 minute walk to Watford junction where you can get a free shuttle bus to the studio. Negative: Nothing

A little disappointing Positive: It was fairly spacious and the host was friendly via phone messages Negative: We didn't realise that the flat is above a fresh fish and butcher shop. We wouldn't stay again as the flat smelled strongly of fish which ruined some of the enjoyment. The road is also extremely busy. The nicest bit was the bedroom upstairs where you cant smell the fish stench so much.

Good place and noce Positive: Apartment was clean and in a good location. Good for group people we were 2 families of 4 persons. Negative: Bar chairs are not very comfortable

Lots of memories made while staying in the apartment. Positive: It was a spacious apartment, very clean. the beds were comfortable. The apartment was close to the Harry Potter Studio Tour which was handy. Plenty of shops on the doorstep with many different places to eat. I did speak to the cleaner as we left as we had a pizza delivered and I felt wrong in just leaving the empty boxes in the apartment as we recycle everything at home, the young lady said it was fine and she will dispose of it for us. Negative: We liked the apartment.
