Modern 4-Bed Watford Flat | 20-min to London

Positive: The location is central close to the mall. Slight inconvenience it’s above a fish monger so the smell isn’t the best. But overall an amazing experience.

Perfect base for a gig at wembley Positive: The location was perfect, car park only 2 minutes away and the overground station only 10 minutes away so was perfect for our gig at wembley via the lioness line. The property was spacious, clean and had everything we needed, it was a heatwave so the standing fans were much appreciated. The price is great as it was a great cost for only 3 of us and it sleeps 8 so we had loads of room. Negative: My friend said one of the beds in the upstairs room was too hard… this may be personal preference rather than the bed. And the water pressure dipped a couple of times but nothing major

Positive: Brilliant location, short walk to Watford Junction. Easy to get into London, only 20 mins on the train. Perfect for Harry Potter studios visit. The apartment is very spacious, and was very clean. The host was very quick to respond to all messages and was very helpful providing information on the local area. Negative: It’s worth noting that the apartment is directly above a fish shop. Most of the apartment isn’t affected by this, but one of the bedrooms had a really bad smell and we didn’t use this room due to the bad smell.

It was a great stay, if we ever need someway in Watford or close to London, this is a perfect spot! Positive: The location was fantastic for what we needed. The apartment was well laid out and the instructions to stay there very clear which made arrival a peaceful and easy process. The host was very welcoming and informative to ensure we had a pleasant stay Negative: Unfortunate, the proximity to the town centre meant that parking along the street was difficult.

Negative: It was ok, hard to air out as the windows only opened a little Area was a bit rough, pub across the road so punters were a bit happy into the night. Fine if you don’t have kids.
