Cozy Apartment for 4 in Finchley, London

Positive: Nice rooms, kicthen and decor. Good folding bed. Value for money. Good location. Good self checkin access with codes. Comfortable bedding. Negative: Stench in the bathroom throughout the stay coming from drains and ventilator. No handwash and little toilet paper. Very hot inside the room with no aircon. No blackouts. Only one fan worked. Self checkin and host never appears.

Positive: The property was lovely. In a good area and beds were comfy. The fans were a nice touch as it was very hot. Negative: Only problem was the cleanliness. Found everything was a bit dusty. My white socks were black after walking on the floors. There were hairs and loads of limescale in the bathroom and loads of flies. Bathroom bin was full of used stuff (used cotton buds) Bedding had marks and hairs on them. No bin bags for the bin in the kitchen.

Positive: Well equipped and good position. Close to Waitrose. Easy access to buses and local tubes. Remember to arrange parking in advance.

Excellent flat in a great location Positive: The flat is located in a renovated building that has been converted into an aparthotel. The complex comprises dozens of flats spread across three floors and occupies a very large site in the heart of North Finchley. The flat we were given was modern and stylish, featuring a bedroom, a living room, a kitchen equipped with a range of appliances and kitchenware, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. In the living room, there is a double bed that folds down from the wall and can be neatly tucked away when not in use. Our flat faced the street, but the well-insulated windows effectively blocked out traffic noise, ensuring a peaceful stay. Communication with the property owner and their representative was conducted mainly via WhatsApp and was both helpful and efficient. Almost every request we made was dealt with either the same day or the following day. Access to the complex is via a secure entrance door operated by a code provided in advance by the owner, and the flat itself is accessed in the same way. For our needs, the flat was excellent, being just a short drive from our family destination and within easy walking distance of the centre of the neighbourhood. I would also like to take this opportunity to thank Fernando and his representative, Junior, for their flexibility regarding our arrival arrangements and for the attentive way they dealt with all our requests throughout our stay.
