New Spacious 1 Bedroom Apartment in Borehamwood

Lovely, spacious and great location Positive: An amazing little find. We wanted an accommodation outside the city centre and this one was everything we needed. Spacious, clean and in a great location. 2 minute walk to the train station and came with organised parking which was a big bonus for us. The host Fernando was superb, and attentive when needed. He was on hand to answer and questions or queries we had. He even provided walk through videos of the apartment and how to get to the parking area. The location of the flat was close to amenities, local shops and food. We couldn't have found a better place if we tried. Negative: The lift in the apartment wasn't working so we did have to lug the cases etc up a couple of flights of stairs but this was a minor problem and would be rectified eventually. It would not put us off staying again at all.

מיקום מעולה, חוסר שקיפות לגבי המתקנים(אין מעלית) Positive: המיקום מעולה!!!!!!!נגיש לכל מה שצריך, חניה קרובה מאד ונוחה,דירה מרווחת ומסודרת,אבל.......... **כדאי להוסיף מתלים בדירה, למגבות, מעילים וכו' . **מכסה האשפה בחדר היה שבור ולא נסגר,למרות שכתבתי ביום הראשון, במשך הימים שהיינו שם לא הגיע איש תחזוקה לתקן. Negative: שבוע לפני שהגענו שלחתי את הבת שלי שגרה בקרבת מקום לבדוק את המקום,היא התרשמה,נתנה את אישורה,רק שהמעלית היתה תקולה😟😯,במקרה פגשה שם עובד שאמר לה שאמורים לתקן את המעלית, אנחנו הגענו אחרי שבוע ,זוג בני 73 עם שתי מזוודות כבדות ולמזלנו הדירה היתה בקומה ראשונה וכפי שניחשתם "זחלנו" במעלה המדרגות כי היא עדיין לא תוקנה, וגם במשך הימים שהיינו שם(3לילות,4ימים)כפי שהבנתם לא תוקנה למרות שעוד באותו ערב שהגענו כתבתי לבעלים ונעניתי שכן זו בעיה, אבל לא נעשה דבר. אני עם בעיות ברגליים ודבר ראשון שאני בודקת זה מעלית, אם אין מעלית אינני מזמינה את המקום!!!!!אז תתארו לכם שהיה קשה ולא נעים וכל ההנאה שיכלה להיות מהמקום נפגמה.ומשום מה יש לי תחושה שגם היום המעלית עדיין תקולה, חבל כי המקום הוא פנינה מבחינת המיקום, אבל התחזוקה לקויה.

Place was great, host was awesome, would love to come back. Positive: I actually was worried about the property when I booked it in the beginning as I have never been outside central London. However, this place exceeded my expectations, there was every single utensil you ever needed on the property, beds were comfortable, extra sheets and blankets were given, place was tidy and clean, there is a rail station right next to the property which makes it easy to travel to central london and there is a bus stop right in front of the property too. Plus the surrounding area was lovely, small shops, grocery stores, pubs, so many food options etc. And the host Fernando is awesome, always got back to be asap whenever I messaged for something, he’s always on top of things! If I come back to London I would love to be in Borehamwood again! Negative: Shower door was a bit weird and water would fall sometimes but besides nothing else.

Clean flat, great location, responsive hosts! Positive: Friendly, fast responses from hosts; great location close to station, shops and restaurants. Easy access, late arrival no problem. Negative: Not great sound-proofing - quite loud and busy nights (pub next door AND loud neighbours with music blaring all night long). Particularly annoying not only for adult guests but also for young child trying to stay asleep.
