Positive: Very clean and quiet despite the location on the high street, we were able to check in earlier with no problem.

Positive: Overall we needed only to stay overnight for 2 nights. Beds were comfortable, takeaway next to the door
Negative: Windows are not soundproof and apartment is right beside small traffic lights. Some cars or bike at night are very loud
No sitting room, very little space in the kitchen to gather together.

Affordable.
Positive: The accommodation was comfortable, practical, affordable, close to Watford north Station and a supermarket.
Negative: There were 6 of us, but only 3 of us could sit down during meal times, due to not enough chairs. The blinds in 2 of the rooms were broken which was incontinent as we couldn't get any natural light.
